Meet Your Remodel Specialist, Rick McLenon
Hi, I’m Rick McLenon and my mission is to help you navigate the world of residential construction and ensure that your home remodel experience is as pain free and pleasurable as possible. My role is to manage the project from start to finish so that you don’t have to. I will be your point of contact throughout the entire remodel, you won’t be handed off to someone different with each aspect of the project. You’ll receive a detailed estimate along with a carefully planned out timeline. As project manager, I’ll ensure that we stay on budget and complete the job on time with a result that you can be proud to share with your friends and family. The greatest compliment we can receive is your referral and we will work very hard to earn it.
I possess over 25 years experience in the areas of project management, personnel management, quality control and client communication.
Step One: Consultation & Estimate
This is where our relationship really takes off and where one of our points of differentiation will be noted. We will make an appointment and show up on time to discuss the scope of your project. During this appointment, we’ll take any measurements/notes that will be used to create a specific bid/estimate for your project as well as an estimate on the length of time that will be needed to complete the project.
Step Two: Contract Signing
This is when all final design decisions will be made and the contract/estimate will be signed marking the start of the project. Most jobs require half down at the start of the project but the exact payment structure will be determined based on the scope/needs of the job and detailed in each contract. This is also when we will add you to the construction schedule and we will be able to discuss a completion date.
Step Three: Construction
This is where the actual work takes place according to the schedule that was put together in step two. As the Project Manager, Rick will communicate with our employees and trade partners to complete each section and then inspect the work in between each step to maintain quality control.
Step Four: Final Walkthrough
At the completion of the project there will be a final walk with the homeowner to ensure everything was done as expected and the final payment will be collected.
